At Sardar Ji Toys, we want to ensure every child is happy with their new playmate; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned toys must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process and receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the toys in their original box and include a copy of your invoice or the authorization code to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central toy warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
